My teacher never speaks English like that! speaks--spoke 老师从没讲过这样英语。这篇文章倍听过，也背过，有些错误看了书后才清晰。学英语简单，重复，量的原则是必须的。给出题者点赞。

1.is改成was，表示主人公到火车站当时的情景；3.spoke改成speak，前面有can't，后面动词需要原形；5.repeat改成repeated，从上下文来看是陈述过去的一件事，并且and后面有个understood，and连接的前后时态一致；6.answer改成answered，either改成neither，从上下文来看是陈述过去的一件事，but后面的spoke用的过去时，从这两点判断用过去时；从句子意思判断是“他回答了我，但是他讲得既不慢也不清楚”，所以用neither。。。nor。。。既不。。。也不。。。另外either。。。or。。。既。。。也。。。的意思与上下文不符；8.speaks改成spoke，表示我的老师从来不这样讲英语，主人公已到了英国，所以老师也只能是过去的老师了。求助一：第二句没错啊；求助2：he answered me，but he spoke neither slowly nor clearly。
