Has去掉。不用完成时态，用一般过去时态就ok了。No sooner …than… /一…就…
他一回到来就买了房子住了进去。
4）for even though it was still summer, it rained continually and it was often bitter cold. （×）
bitter→bitterly, 副词修饰形容词
6）He acted as if he never lived in England before. （×）
→as if he had never lived … 少了had。 用完成时。好像他从未在英国生活过一样。
8）He had hardly time to settle down when he sold the house and left the country. （×）
→He had hardly had time to… time前少了had。 第一个had是助动词，第二个是谓语动词have。
9）The dream he has had for so many years ended there. （×）
has→had ，用过去完成时。 The dream ended there.是句子主干，已经是过去时态了，他多年有这个梦的时候自然是过去的过去了，所以用过去完成时。
答案不是34689吗？还有哪句错了？

continuously 跟多的表达连续， continually更多的表达重复不断。 more than 在原文中表示超出他忍受的范围。 more than 的意思还有1. 比...多 2.非常，极其，十分3.超出…的

    @常平 另外， 第三句中，no sooner ... than ， no sooner 后跟过去完成时， than后跟一般过去时 ， 如 no sooner 放句首， 主谓倒装。

3.去掉has，than前后时态一致；4.bitter改成bitterly；6.never前加上had，这里as of后面是虚拟语气，跟过去相反，用had +过去分词；8.he had hardly time' 改成he had hardly had time；9.has改成had，这里是过去完成时。求助一：continually是频繁地，次数多，continuously是连续不断地；求助二：more than在原文中有“超出”的意思，还有“多于。。。”“比。。。多”的意思。

continuously是一直继续地意思.,而continually 是有间段的继续。

回答一：Continuously，adv.不断地，连续地（动作中间没有间断）；continually，adv.频繁地，反复地（动作中间有间断且持续很久）。
回答二：在原文中表示“超过……的范围”，例：I can’t afford it.=It was more than I can afford.还有常用的表示是“比……更多”，例如：房间里面不止10个人：There are more than ten people in the room.

continuously表示一直继续没间断，continuouslly表示有时间段可以间断的;more than在文中表示超出他忍受范围，它还表示比…多，非常，极其，十分;超出…的

求助1 continuously and continually的意思分别为前者是连续不断的，后者为不断的，用法上区别为前者是连续五间断的，后者只是不断，中间可能会有停顿。
求助2 more than在原文中意思为超出，还有 非常等意思
